The subsidiary Inventec Solar Energy Corporation due to the assets are
insufficient to set off its liabilities, the board of directors apply to
the court for pronouncement of its bankruptcy.
4.Reason for, and major content of, the change:
In order to speed up the dissolution of the company, the board of directors
decided to withdrew the bankruptcy application to the Taiwan Taoyuan
District Court and changed to liquidation procedures. The liquidator will
dissolve the company in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
